| This ham is artisan dry cured for 18th months in Spain. The 2 lb piece is cutted and vacuumed to keep all the freshness.
Serving suggestions: Breakfast with eggs aside or scrambled with toast. As a Snack or appetizer with tomato rubbed bread seasoned with olive oil. In salads with all kind of greens, tomatoes and grounded manchego cheese on top. Also in stews, casseroles, with veggies combines very good with peas.
